When you Save or Love a post on Bloglovin', this post is made available in your profile.
To access your profile, click on your profile icon on the upper right side of bloglovin.com, followed by the word "Profile":
From here, you can find your saved posts from the Collections tab by clicking the collection it was saved to:
and your Loved posts from the Loves tab:
